speaker’s notes that compares a domestic organized criminal group and a
terrorist group. Select
one of each based on the assigned readings and additional resources and answer
the following questions.
o What are the differences and similarities of organized
crime and terrorism?
o What is the scope of each group and their
interrelationships with similar groups?
o Explain the differences and similarities between the
fundamental make-up of the groups’ origins as they relate to ethnical
backgrounds, political ideologies, social orientation, religion, and financial
motivations.
o Identify the past and current trends for each group and
plot out suggested future trends or actions in which each group may potentially
